Friday 12th February is Purple Pinkie day. Show your support to Rotary International, in their campaign to eradicate polio, by bringing your £1 donation and wearing purple or pink clothes to school.

 Head Teacher's Welcome

I am pleased to be able to offer you a warm welcome to our website.  Town Junior has played a part in the life of Sutton Coldfield since 1825 when it was opened in the building that now houses Sutton Baptist Church on Victoria Road.  The school moved to it's present site on Ebrook Road in 1981 and currently has 240 key stage 2 children on roll in 8 classes.

The staff team are working tirelessly to drive forward school improvement whilst also preserving the caring, inclusive feel of the school which is a central part of our ethos.  An ethos which is very much shared through our close links with Holland House Infant School and Nursery.

Our decision to become an Academy with Plantsbrook Learning Trust in November 2014 has also added a new dimension to the school, allowing the children and staff to access a huge range of specialist provision and expertise.

I hope this website gives you a flavour of all the wonderful things that go on at Town Junior School and hope that you will take the time to visit the school in person.
